Is the Truth About Six Pack Abs Diet?

Hey everyone, it’s me Daniel. It’s plain and simple. You cannot get a six pack without a proper diet and that is the truth about six pack abs. You won’t lose belly fat or even body fat without a proper diet and a little bit of exercise. I hate to say it but from the medical and science world has proven this. This is the truth about six pack abs.

Well, there are other ways to reduce fat and lose weight such as: diet pills, surgery, intense training, sports, etc, etc. But the simplest way of losing weight is simply to get on a proper diet. I would personally avoid diet pills because some cause some severe side effects. Believe me because I tried some. It is not pretty. I don’t know about surgery, but you can see how it might not be the right thing. It’s also not “naturally” as well and may leave scars. Sports and intense training and exercise work, but sometimes it is SO HARD! I have done intense exercises and sometimes it’s just so hard to follow through. So what works for me and my truth about six pack abs is the right diet.

Now, I have shared in my previous post about some of my nutritional guides that I use on a regular basis, and that is a general overview of my diet plan as well. I want to go a little more deeper into the details in this post. But in general if you eat healthy, YOU WILL LOSE FAT! Very nice and simple. Exercise is important, but diet is takes the crown for the most important factor in the truth about six pack abs.

Diet Plan from the Truth About Six Pack Abs

So, let me go into detail of my current diet. First and most important is to eliminate ALL wheat products and “white carbs.”

This is basically anything “white” or “bread-like” such as bread, cereal, bagels, pasta, rice and anything else that resides along these lines of carbs. You’re also going to need some healthy fats in your diet. You may have heard to avoid all fat at all cost, but that simply is not true. You want to avoid trans fat and saturated fat, but some fats are good for you like monosaturated fat. This is just a small secret in the truth about six pack abs.

Some foods that contain “good fats” are: nuts, egg yolks (try and get organic), grass-fed meats (organic), extra virgin olive oil, avocados, and seeds. Just because they are good fats doesn’t mean you should binge on them. Try to keep the ratio of nutrients in my previous post that I talked about. Also if you want the truth about six pack abs, you definitely must include protein in every meal that you eat.

Protein, protein, protein. In order to lose weight and get a six pack you must eat protein. Not only does it help build muscle, but it will keep the metabolism going and will lose fat faster. Also, muscle accelerates your metabolism as well. Some of my favorites are grass-fed beef, eggs, chicken breasts with seasoning, steak, and the leaner pork cuts. Basically, any type of meat is fine as long as it’s not the fatty portion. If you are vegetarian, you can eat tofu, nuts, seeds, fish, eggs, etc. Just make sure you’re getting a lot of protein. You generally want to shoot for 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight. For example if you weight 200 pounds, you want to aim for 200 grams of protein a day. It may seem like a lot, but experiments have shown that it is a good level to go with.

For carbs, I mostly eat vegetables and beans for fulfill this nutrient area. The truth about six pack abs is not too eat TOO much carbs. When the body is deprived of carbs, it burns fat instead of the carbs that it has and thus results in you losing weight. However, the downside to a low carb and high protein diet, is that is deprives energy. People who use a high protein diet are usually very low and have no life in them. That’s why we’re going to get most of our carbs from vegetables and beans to have lots of energy while losing fat at the same time. You can also eat some fruits, but don’t eat more than 2 a day because although fruits are generally healthy they do contain sugar, and sugar is not always good as it is said in the truth about six pack abs.

To recap, get plenty of protein, eat good fats, and avoid wheats and grains and you should start losing weight in no time.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs – Diet Tips and Tricks

At first it might be hard to adjust, but trust me that you will start losing weight with this plan. This is better than crash dieting because crash dieting just does not work. Better than low-calories diets because you get zero energy with low calorie and you are very likely to binge later on. The truth about six pack abs lies in this diet. The trick with this diet is that you can generally eat until your full. So you are likely to stick with the diet, unlike the other diets, and also have a lot of energy as well.

So what if I am eating out at a restaurant? I’ll give you some tips on that. Avoid bread and rice at all costs. Just ask for a substitute, such as veggies, or salad. Most restaurants will generally give you a substitute. Remember more details are in the book the truth about six pack abs.

Just get water or tea for your drink. Try to avoid soft drinks, fruit juices, and other high calorie drinks. Coffee is fine as long as you don’t use sugar and be lenient on the cream. If you REALLY want a soft drink, then opt for a diet coke or diet drink.

Most restaurants will have a high protein dish so that’s the one you should order. The restaurants that I frequent a lot and is perfect for the diet plan that I’m on are steakhouses, Mexican restaurants (beans for carbs), Thai restaurants, and Sushi restaurants (sashimi, one of my favorites).

So try to keep with these tips and tricks and you should do fine. In fact, you can eat out everyday if you want to, just stick to the rules. That’s it for my truth about six pack abs diet plan.

Oh yeah, and if you haven’t already you should really check out The Truth About Six Pack Abs program, because all of this information I provided you with mostly comes from that book. It has opened my mind to brand new and EFFECTIVE ways on losing belly fat and getting that six pack. You can check out the guide here:

The Nutritional way for the Truth About Six Pack Abs

Hello everyone! Daniel here with just some quick information on the nutrition area for your journey towards awesome abdominals! The truth about six pack abs is clearly nutrition and a healthy living. First of all, I know what you’re thinking. “Oh no, another nutrition guideline that I have to follow? Not one of these again.” I have to agree with you up to some point. I have searched the internet and bookstore high and low and have read several books on nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. But in the end, I always end up with the one that generally works well for me and my lifestyle. So I’m not saying that my nutritional guideline is the “be all” and “end all,” but just a simple little procedure that I personally use and works very well for me.

The REAL truth about six pack abs is NUTRITION. No matter how much crunches and ab machines workouts you do and how many miles you run, you’re not going to get those sexy abs or slim down on your waistline without proper nutrition. Believe me I have tried to maintain my waistline by doing intense abdominal workouts EVERYDAY and I still couldn’t maintain by eating the foods that I considered “junk.”

So one day, I tried an experiment. For me, when something isn’t working for awhile, I look for other ways to improve it or just simply start over with a new theory and just test it out. So instead of doing all those crazy ab workouts (which was probably worse for my muscle building, because I wasn’t getting enough rest) I tried just doing a health nutritional plan to get the truth about six pack abs.

To my surprise, after about two weeks I started seeing results! I started seeing my ab muscles forming for once in my life! And this was all without a single ab workout! I was however, still doing cardio about twice a week and strength training once a week as well. But from what I was doing before, it was like a walk in the park.

Therefore, I came to the conclusion that the truth about six pack abs is to have a VERY GOOD nutritional guideline to follow. The fact of the matter is, I actually get full from following these foods that I eat. I actually eat more throughout the day, but it’s just spread out more than before.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs Nutritional Plan

I will give you my personal guideline in nutritional eating:

-Using macronutrient groups (protein, carbs, and fat) I would eat in this ratio: 60/20/20
This means I would eat 60% protein, 20% carbs, and 20% fat.
-I eat around 5-6 times a day, spread throughout the entire day. This breaks down to about every 3-4 hours.
-Sometimes, I would skip a meal because I would be busy at times, but it’s usually around there.
-If I’m hungry, I EAT! Simple as that, but whenever I eat, I make sure that I get mostly protein in my meals.
-A small list of the typical foods that I eat:
Beef (preferably organic/grass-fed)
Chicken breast and thighs
Pork
Tuna
Salmon
Salad (with non-creamy sauce)
Beans (black/pinto/lentils/etc.)
Eggs (mostly egg whites)
Veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.)

That’s it! Well, there are more to the list, but these are generally the foods I eat the most. I found that in almost every restaurant that I’ve been to, they offer all of these varieties in their menu. Just don’t overindulge on the carbs. This is my truth about six pack abs nutritional guide. It might not be for you and again, it has been working for me and if you don’t think it’s not for you then simply just forget about it. I’m just showing you a way, the truth about six pack abs, that has worked for me and honestly gives me the most flexibility in nutrition.

Two Foods that you should Avoid from the Truth About Six Pack Abs

You might now be thinking, “I don’t get to eat bread? No pasta?!” Not even sandwiches??” Sorry, to say it but yes, these questions are all true. None of these will work with the diet that I am currently on. As a matter of fact, I’m going to share with you a direct article pulled from the official “Truth About Six Pack Abs” ebook. And if you haven’t read this incredible guide yet, you definitely should give it a shot. It has helped me tremendously in understanding facts about abdominals and also about general health as well. Click Here to Visit the Truth About Six Pack Abs Official Website.

I want to warn you though, that these two foods that I’m about to reveal might give you a bit of a shock. So here we go, the first food that you should avoid is: wheat products. Yup, it’s true. People usually have a misconception about wheat products being healthy and “good for you” but for the truth about six pack abs, this is going to kill your mid-section. These products include the usual bread, crackers, pasta, cereal, and even oatmeal.

Without going into much detail, wheat products are fattening because people mostly have are intolerant to the substance found in wheat and other grains called gluten. And when people that have been eating wheat products for the longest time, stop eating them they see major changes. No more digestive problems, lose body fat so much quicker, and even clears skin problems. That is a raw truth about six pack abs.

The second food that should be avoided is: fruit juice.

I’m not saying stop eating fruits or anything, but just stop drinking fruit juice. I go by a principle of not drinking calories, but that’s just me. Also, by drinking fruit juice you don’t get the benefits of actually eating the fruit itself. You don’t get the fiber nutrients that the REAL fruit gives you by drinking fruit juice. Another truth about six pack abs is that by drinking juice you don’t get the “I’m full” satisfaction you get by eating the whole fruit. And it just adds calories as well.

So the main point is to avoid wheat products and fruit juice. If you follow the guidelines that I shared with you, they are just pieces of the the whole truth about six pack abs and you are on your to burning belly fat and living a health lifestyle. Thanks for reading and if you haven’t checked out the truth about six pack abs yet, then you can check it out here:
