The Nutritional way for the Truth About Six Pack Abs

Hello everyone!  Daniel here with just some quick information on the nutrition area for your journey towards awesome abdominals!  The truth about six pack abs is clearly nutrition and a healthy living.  First of all, I know what you’re thinking.  “Oh no, another nutrition guideline that I have to follow?  Not one of these again.”  I have to agree with you up to some point.  I have searched the internet and bookstore high and low and have read several books on nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.  But in the end, I always end up with the one that generally works well for me and my lifestyle.  So I’m not saying that my nutritional guideline is the “be all” and “end all,” but just a simple little procedure that I personally use and works very well for me.

The REAL truth about six pack abs is NUTRITION.  No matter how much crunches and ab machines workouts you do and how many miles you run, you’re not going to get those sexy abs or slim down on your waistline without proper nutrition.  Believe me I have tried to maintain my waistline by doing intense abdominal workouts EVERYDAY and I still couldn’t maintain by eating the foods that I considered “junk.”

So one day, I tried an experiment.  For me, when something isn’t working for awhile, I look for other ways to improve it or just simply start over with a new theory and just test it out.  So instead of doing all those crazy ab workouts (which was probably worse for my muscle building, because I wasn’t getting enough rest) I tried just doing a health nutritional plan to get the truth about six pack abs.

To my surprise, after about two weeks I started seeing results!  I started seeing my ab muscles forming for once in my life!  And this was all without a single ab workout!  I was however, still doing cardio about twice a week and strength training once a week as well.  But from what I was doing before, it was like a walk in the park.

Therefore, I came to the conclusion that the truth about six pack abs is to have a VERY GOOD nutritional guideline to follow.  The fact of the matter is, I actually get full from following these foods that I eat.  I actually eat more throughout the day, but it’s just spread out more than before.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs Nutritional Plan

I will give you my personal guideline in nutritional eating:

-Using macronutrient groups (protein, carbs, and fat) I would eat in this ratio: 60/20/20
This means I would eat 60% protein, 20% carbs, and 20% fat.
-I eat around 5-6 times a day, spread throughout the entire day. This breaks down to about every 3-4 hours.
-Sometimes, I would skip a meal because I would be busy at times, but it’s usually around there.
-If I’m hungry, I EAT! Simple as that, but whenever I eat, I make sure that I get mostly protein in my meals.
-A small list of the typical foods that I eat:
Beef (preferably organic/grass-fed)
Chicken breast and thighs
Pork
Tuna
Salmon
Salad (with non-creamy sauce)
Beans (black/pinto/lentils/etc.)
Eggs (mostly egg whites)
Veggies (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.)

That’s it! Well, there are more to the list, but these are generally the foods I eat the most. I found that in almost every restaurant that I’ve been to, they offer all of these varieties in their menu. Just don’t overindulge on the carbs. This is my truth about six pack abs nutritional guide. It might not be for you and again, it has been working for me and if you don’t think it’s not for you then simply just forget about it. I’m just showing you a way, the truth about six pack abs, that has worked for me and honestly gives me the most flexibility in nutrition.

Two Foods that you should Avoid from the Truth About Six Pack Abs

You might now be thinking, “I don’t get to eat bread?  No pasta?!”  Not even sandwiches??”  Sorry, to say it but yes, these questions are all true.  None of these will work with the diet that I am currently on.  As a matter of fact, I’m going to share with you a direct article pulled from the official “Truth About Six Pack Abs” ebook.  And if you haven’t read this incredible guide yet, you definitely should give it a shot.  It has helped me tremendously in understanding facts about abdominals and also about general health as well.  Click Here to Visit the Truth About Six Pack Abs Official Website.

I want to warn you though, that these two foods that I’m about to reveal might give you a bit of a shock.  So here we go, the first food that you should avoid is: wheat products.  Yup, it’s true.  People usually have a misconception about wheat products being healthy and “good for you” but for the truth about six pack abs, this is going to kill your mid-section.  These products include the usual bread, crackers, pasta, cereal, and even oatmeal.

Without going into much detail, wheat products are fattening because people mostly have are intolerant to the substance found in wheat and other grains called gluten.  And when people that have been eating wheat products for the longest time, stop eating them they see major changes.  No more digestive problems, lose body fat so much quicker, and even clears skin problems.  That is a raw truth about six pack abs.

The second food that should be avoided is: fruit juice.

I’m not saying stop eating fruits or anything, but just stop drinking fruit juice.  I go by a principle of not drinking calories, but that’s just me.  Also, by drinking fruit juice you don’t get the benefits of actually eating the fruit itself.  You don’t get the fiber nutrients that the REAL fruit gives you by drinking fruit juice.  Another truth about six pack abs is that by drinking juice you don’t get the “I’m full” satisfaction you get by eating the whole fruit.  And it just adds calories as well.

So the main point is to avoid wheat products and fruit juice.  If you follow the guidelines that I shared with you, they are just pieces of the the whole truth about six pack abs and you are on your to burning belly fat and living a health lifestyle.  Thanks for reading and if you haven’t checked out the truth about six pack abs yet, then you can check it out here:
